Jewels December 2007 to January 2008 - A New Beginning By Jeanne L. Thompson Greetings
All:))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) It is once
again a pleasure to be of service in bringing you Jeanne's Jewels. It seems
like light years since I wrote about the Year of the Dragonfly in January of
2007! Many veils
of illusion were lifted this year so that we could begin to see truth peeking
through the clouds of dust and dirt we found in our respective
"closets" or is that closest? We found ours'Elves having to clear away
any debris that had previously held us back in the form of people, places and
things. Sometimes
this came at us from all four directions or "houses...emotional, physical,
spiritual and mental. Our
relationships to self and others took on new meaning as we found ourselves
having to make numerous choices about quality or quantity. We had to
decide whether some relationships were limiting us by zapping our energy or
wasting our tim-E. We had to set boundaries on what we were willing to put up
with and what we were not. Many more people left the planet. How we emiT-ted our
energy became crucial to our well-being and to finding our true purpose here. We also
saw many grave acts of Mother Nature's effort to get us to lift those veils and
wake up and smell the coffee...but think twice about drinking it because the
body needs to be in an alkaline state to prevent dis-Ease...not acidic. Acidity
is caused by what we think AND what we drink and eat! The year
of the Dragonfly was a precursor to the "great fall" and the end of
the material world, as we know it. One of the "keys" to survive the
"great fall" is to be "great-Full" for everything and
everyone that crosses your path in life. Seeing all life as a teaching allows us
to give thanks for all the lessons and experiences whether they bring joy or
pain. In this way we see the reflection, not the "ill-you-shun", of
our true selves. The people that we allow to upset us the most are often our
greatest teachers; for they shine the light on our shadow selves...or is that
shallow selves? This year
much of humanity has been forced to dive deeply into their emotions to search
for answers and the year isn't over yet! The
weather patterns will continue to play a big role now and in the coming year in
serving to point out the areas where fear has run rampant and emotions and
perceptions need to be cleansed or "purified". There are also a number
of "campaigns" out there to spread and seed fear so make sure you tune
out the media and take the time to be out in nature, meditate or listen to music
in the minor keys until you can breathe again. Speaking
of weather phenomenon...we begin the month of December with news about Comet
Holmes. This comet is otherwise known in "The Book of Hopi Prophecy"
as the "Blue Kachina" or "Blue Sun”. In Hopi prophecy, the Blue
Sun marks the exit from the 4th world and the entrance into the 5th world. In
metaphysical circles, another word for world is dimension. In
numerology, the 4th dimension represents the physical material world...the mud
and the mire of daily existence. It also represents the very foundation or
structure we stand on and how we see, feel and think about money. Much of
humanity is beginning to feel the weight of their purpose here and is wondering
how to align what sings to their soul with their source of green energy or
in-Come. Others haven't experienced a big change yet but if their perceptions
around the energy of money give them the feeling of control over others, there
will be significant losses in order to bring their perceptions back into balance
and harmony with nature and love. The foundations are literally and figuratively
falling out from under us. This is why it is so very important now to live our
passions with the faith that although the possibilities for huge loss is great,
there is equal possibility for miracles and bright prospects to arrive suddenly.
These "golden" opportunities will suddenly manifest for those of us
who have kept our faith strong enough to "Laugh In" the
"Love In"... when faced with adversity. Love is
what the 5th world or dimension is all about. The number 5 is the center of the
sacred spiral of life. It represents the 5 rivers of humanity or the emotions.
It also represents turning points, the intuition, the senses plus undaunting
faith in self to navigate through the changes we experience as humans living on
this earth…our Mother of procreation or is that pre Creation? For those

So
folks...as we begin the "Holy-daze " in the month of December, 2007;
we now hang by a thread to all that once was real and true to us. This is
the month to reflect on the past year, both personally and globally and connect
it to the patterns and images we see there. All the dots of civilizations and
individual lives lived are there for us to connect if we choose to stop long
enough to peeR into our collective gene pools. The
keyword for December 2007 is reversal. There had been much upheaval since
2006...the year of the heart. This month
heralds a waiting period. It may feel like we are expecting something of great
magnitude to happen as if we are about to give birth to all things new. Many of us
have been feeling the pains of our labor-ing for a while now. The road to love
begins with the inward journey into the cave of self where the deepest of cuts
are there to be healed and transmuted into light for this planet. When we
take the time to do this, we are healing our bloodlines and therefore
re-adjusting the ley-lines of Mother Earth. This is one of the reasons why she
is having growing pains at the moment and expressing herself loudly. Are you
hearing her roar in your neck 'o the "woulds' yet? December
is a month to stop, look and listen...to take the time for quiet pause or
reflection on your station in life. Meditate on the idea that we are co-creators
of our destiny and that painful learning experiences and miseries are
self-inflicted caused by negative thought patterns and words. As the
last gasp of 2007 comes to a close, we will be reminded more than ever of this
as we witness the changes around us and within us. We will have to choose to
leap into the unknown without fear or get caught in the outgoing tides where the
old order is swept away forever. The month
of January 2008 brings not only the dawn of a New Year but also the dawn of an
Era...a new beginning for humanity. Many perceptions will change as we find
where our true strengths lie and discover our weaknesses as some of us are
brought to our knees. Those of
us who have been on our knees for a long time now, will be given the Hand to
rise up like a phoenix from the ashes of despair. They will be there to shine
like a beacon for those who are stranded on the waters of their subconscious
minds. These
"old" souls will be there for those who are truly searching for ways
to live in peace while in these tumultuous times of transition. This does
not mean that the work will be done by them, for there will be no time to drag
anyone where they are not willing to go. Each and
every soul must be ready to step up to the plate when their name is called. Take
heart dear ones, because there is strength in numbers and community is fast
becoming a big factor. Once our local nucleus is strong, we can connect with
like minded others all over the planet and form a huge circle of friends who
hold the light of conscious awareness and love. In order
to attract this light, we must first be vibrating to that frequency so that is
why much of the old order is falling away now. The year
2008 vibrates to the number 10 or the "wheel of fortune". It is the
number of new beginnings and spirit. Anything that is seeded by humanity this
year will affect us 4 years from now in the year 2012...the end of the Mayan
calendar and you can do your own homework on that if you haven't already. Within the
year 2008 are the #'s two, zero and eight. The # 2 is
the number of the subconscious mind ...the choice to be or not. It is no
question any more that our choices to continue waR or live in peace need to be
radically altered or changed and for some, the hammer will fall very fast and
very hard. The # 8 is
the number of money, sex, wealth, power and Dharma. It is also the number of
infinite wisdom...or is that wise-dumb? It is the
number of magic and miracles and some of us will feel that "divine
intervention" has played a role in their development of the strength to
carry on. That is
where the # 0 comes into play... ...when we real-eyes that all life is but a
circle and within it is the cosmic egg of Creation itself. Please
take a moment to ask yourself: what picture of life as you k-Now it do you want
to paint for yourself? In the
year 2008, we as humanity are holding our future world in our hands. This year
each of us will be gifted with the opportunity to remove limitations and blocks,
either subconscious or conscious. We will achieve whatever goals we set for
ourselves if we direct our energies in a positive manner. In order to do this we
must balance out and understand the significance and sources of our personal
power. Once we have that figured out, we must consciously decide how best to use
it for the benefit of all. This will
be a year of contradictions, surprise, competition and unusual events. We need to
be prepared for events that come up suddenly that will test our ability to make
wise choices without becoming too emotional or too rigid in our thinking. It
will be more like "feel thinking"...traveling from our head to our
heart and back again before we make the final selections. Remember, there's
always a few nuts in the chocolate box before you get to the soft chewy center
where all the lov-E is.... :) There will
be parts of our lands that will shift with the vibrations of the earth and be
reclaimed by her through flooding and eruptions of one sort or another. Much
property will be lost in various ways...be it economical or natural. Just as
much may be lost, there is also the great opportunity for gain this year for
those whose motive it is to build safe communities and create more love on this
planet. There will
be more retreats and safe places set up by the light workers all over the world.
Those who have conquered fear to hold the beam of light and love within will be
guided to those places. Please
remember also that if you find yourself in a place of danger: that you must ask
for protection, and you will get it. Our guides
and helpers cannot assist us if we do not ask because we were all born with free
will. The year
2008 is the year where physical material desire and spiritual unfoldment must
come together in harmony. Anything that does not resonate to the up liftment of
humanity or contribute to our individual life purpose will be wiped out. This year
we are holding the world in our hands. We have the opportunity to take it back
to the "Garden" where Eve first met Adam or to the dump...where the
rubble of civilizations past uncover clues as to which avenues we need to take.
How seriously we play the game will determine our future course. I wish you
