"The Sounds of Peace"
Can you hear the sounds of Peace?
If you stop shouting and fighting you can.
Then you can hear the laughter bubbling up from within you.
And a soft, gentle breeze say, "Hello".
You can hear the spray of the ocean waves sighing,
And the ticking of a clock going too slow,
You can hear feet happily dancing,
And horses' hooves prancing.
You can hear river boats moving,
And lapping waves soothing.
Can you hear the sounds of Peace?
The Love in your Heart can.
